19th century Pastel portrait 0f a lady in blue dress, with a dog, in a Hexagonal frame. Signed R.I.K (circa 1866) 114cm (45″) high x 91cm (3ft) wide. Their is original English newspaper(The Times of London) on the back, from Sat November 7th 1863.
